DRAGONFLY Gong Mallets

• Small disc-shaped rubber core covered with layers of soft felt and fleece on ½" (14" long) bamboo handles. Designed to be used as a pair, these sticks are lightweight and manoeuvrable and extract a wide spectrum of overtones from a variety of gongs. The 14" bamboo handles are soft and comfortable in the hand. They are resistant to the surface of the gong and elicit a quick response.

• Large, low-profile disc-shaped, fleece-covered core in a ¾" diameter (13.5" long) maple or aluminium handle. This mallet is harder and considerably heavier than the smaller one, resulting in an astonishingly fast and effortless response. It is capable of enormous dynamic range and a full spectrum of overtones. Excellent for use on almost any size or variety of gong. Sold individually, this mallet is the same as the SNG but with a different handle.

• FuzzBucket 2 is a modified descendant of the Cynthia Yeh FuzzBucket bass drum stick, which has become a popular gong mallet among sound professionals. The updated version features a slightly heavier core, a softer cover and a shorter handle made of maple or aluminium. This mallet is quite light, but extremely soft. The foam grip provides a comfortable and secure feel. It is delicate and elegant, but also has the ability to swell substantially due to its extremely soft cover. It is as soft and tender as its name suggests. 12" x ¾" aluminium or maple handle with foam grip. Sherpa covering felt in layers.
